What ABBA DATE is

A personal reflection experience: a letter inspired by Scripture, a suggested quiet place near you, and music to accompany it. It is not a prophecy or a message from God, and it does not predict or promise outcomes.

Delivery

For now, ABBA DATE is available only in the United States. A gift can only be accepted by someone who lives in the U.S.; if it can't be used, write to hello@abbadate.com for a refund.

Your private invitation is delivered by email within 24 hours after we receive your story.

Times and places

• Dates are offered in daylight only: morning or midday, ending by 5:00 pm.
• You tell us 3 public places where you would like to go. We choose one of them for your date. You are responsible for choosing places that are public, safe and open to you.
• If you add your own place, you choose it and confirm its address yourself. We prepare your date there, as you chose it. Please make sure it is open, safe and accessible to you at the time of your date.
• Anything you order or buy at the place, and any entry fee, is yours to pay. ABBA DATE does not pay for food, drinks, purchases or entry fees.
• We suggest busy, public places, but we cannot control them. Please check opening hours before you go, stay in visible areas, and use your own judgment. You decide whether to go, and you are responsible for your own safety.

Changing the place

You may ask to change the place up to 2 days before your date. Because your letter is written for that place, a change adds one day to the preparation of your letter.

Gifts

A recipient may decline a gift. The giver is then offered to give it to someone else or a full refund.
